Desert Flowers

Desert flowers seize every opportunity to present their most beautiful side to this world. These flowers show me that one doesn't need to look strong to be strong, which often times reminds me of hard working women in every part of this world.  

These images were taken at Anza-Borrego Desert State Park during a recent trip to Southern California. The rainfall in the winter created a "super bloom" in the desert.
